| Dear ladies and gentlemen, Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V. (BAND), the national association of German Business Angels, in cooperation with Business Angels Europe (BAE), the federation of Euope´s national angel associations, is annually honoring an outstanding female European angel investor with the “Golden Aurora Award”. Together with you, we would like to embark on the search for „Europe’s Female Angel Investor of the Year 2021“! To reflect the diversity of the European angels market in a public way, we invite you to submit your nominations. The female business angels with a permanent residence in the EU can be nominated by anyone, be it one of their portfolio startups or a colleague. Nominations should provide information on the following questions: How does she support startups in terms of funding and entrepreneurial expertise? What makes her work so special? The award ceremony will take place at probably Europe’s largest congress of the business angel ecosystem, the “German Business Angel Day” on November, 7th in Cologne, Germany. Like the Aurora of Roman mythology, who opens the gates of heaven and allows the sun to rise, female angels also open golden opportunities for their startups.
